Product Usage:

The C55 series of aerospace wires and cables uses irradiated cross-linked ETFE material for both insulation and sheathing. The product complies with the Q/321084KLB27-2015 standard, which is formulated with reference to the US military standard MIL-W-22759 and its detailed specifications. This product features a wide operating temperature range, light weight, chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, and radiation resistance. It meets the requirements for airborne equipment and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, and electronics industries.

Radiation Resistance
Due to the use of irradiation cross-linked ETFE as the insulation and jacket material, C55 wires and cables can resist ionizing radiation in outer space and continue to function normally and remain flexible even when exposed to 5x10^7 Rad of radiation. The product complies with the space standard NASA-SP-R-0022.
Small Outer Diameter and Light Weight
The C55 series aerospace wires and cables feature a small conductor outer diameter and extremely thin insulation and jacket thicknesses, effectively reducing the outer diameter and weight.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
The operating temperature range for the C55 series aerospace wires and cables is -65°C to 200°C (for tin-plated conductor wires and cables, it is -65°C to 150°C).
Flame Retardant
C55A wires and cables meet the combustion requirements of MIL-W-22759.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
The insulation and jacket layers of the C55 series aerospace wires and cables can resist erosion from aqueous solutions, acids and alkalis, fuels, lubricants, cleaning agents, coolants, and antifreeze, even under high temperature and humidity conditions.
High Mechanical Strength
The insulation and jacket materials of the C55 series aerospace wires and cables have strong resistance to longitudinal cutting and abrasion, which is unmatched by other materials.
Flexibility
The C55 series aerospace wires and cables use stranded soft conductors, and due to the use of thin-wall irradiation cross-linked ETFE as the insulation and jacket material, the cables have excellent flexibility, even at low temperatures and under high radiation conditions.
